Intended Use

The Cellair Hypoxicator generates breathing gas mixtures with varying oxygen concentrations, which are comparable to the oxygen uptake in the human lungs at different altitudes.

Cellgym hypoxia training functions similarly to traditional altitude training. However, unlike altitude training, the Cellair® model (Pro/Home) uses controlled intervals of training hypoxia (16% – 9% O2) and hyperoxia* (34% O2 concentration) at normal air pressure. This means that during your session, you will alternately breathe air with more and less oxygen. Unlike altitude training, the entire session takes place comfortably while lying down or sitting, in a state of complete relaxation.

* Note: For all US models, only hypoxia and normoxia are available. Hyperoxia is not available.
