Overview

The following graphic provides an overview of the basic functions of the dashboard (hovering over the marked hotspots reveals additional information).

Main Functions

The main functions of the dashboard include navigating to create a new user profile (1), searching for an existing user (2), viewing a single training session (3), and viewing an overview of all training stations (4).

At the top of the screen, the top-bar navigation provides access to additional menu items, including language selection, software updates, performing backups, device management, master data, and user administration.

The panel on the right side of the screen contains links to the support and feedback forum, online course content, and the shop for ordering accessories.

The buttons at the bottom of the screen display, on the left side, statistical information on the total number of users and training sessions. On the right side, the installed software version is shown.

Add New User (1)

By clicking on the „Add User“ area, you will be taken to the master data form. Here, you can create new user profiles.

Search User (2)

By clicking on the „Search User“ area, you will be taken to a search form. Here, you can search for existing users.

The filter „Show Archived Contacts“ will hide all inactive users when enabled. To use this feature, the „Archive Contact“ filter must be active in the master data form of the respective inactive users.

Der Filter „Archivierte Kontakte anzeigen“ blendet, wenn er aktiviert ist, alle nicht aktiven Anwender aus. Um diese Funktion nutzen zu können, müssen in der Stammdatenmaske der jeweiligen nichtaktiven Anwender der Filter „Kontakt archivieren“ aktiv sein.  

Live View of Individual Training (3)

The live view for individual training takes you directly to the chart view of the ongoing session.

Dashboard - Monitoring All Training Sessions (4)

By clicking on the „Monitor All Training Sessions“ area (available only for multi-station setups), you will access an overview that allows you to monitor all training sessions at a glance.
